Team Osprey learns to operate simulators

David Johnson, a project engineer for the auxiliary power unit with Team Osprey and a San Diego native, operates the MV-22B Osprey simulator aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Dec. 14. During Team Osprey’s visit, pilots taught the organization’s members how to take off and land the aircraft in various simulated conditions, such as on base runways and on ships at sea.
