Maj. Tim Robertson, a Marine Forces Europe planning and logistics officer, discusses plans for the upcoming Black Sea Rotational Force in March 2012 with members of the Romanian and Bulgarian militaries and fellow Marines, aboard United States Army Garrison Stuttgart's Panzer Kaserne, Dec. 14. MFE hosted the final planning conference for BSRF-12, a 6-month training exercise, involving 19 nations, with 71 training events planned throughout the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions.
