Straps are used as a balancing tool for single leg exercises during a fitness-training session as part of a Semper Fit exercise for Marines and civilians working with I Marine Expeditionary Force at Camp Pendleton, Calif. The program uses very little equipment so that it can be easily adapted to a home workout.
