Democratic Sen. Jack Reed of Rhode Island listens to a Soldier explain one of the communications systems in a Heavy Equipment Transporter at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, July 6. The Soldier has been deployed to Third Army (Forward) in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
