Senior leaders from the Afghan National Security Forces meet with Los Angeles Police Department's Deputy Chief of Police, Stephen R. Jacobs Dec. 1. The delegation of five senior ranking Afghan military and police leaders came to southern California to see how their U.S. counterparts train and work. The visit is also a way to build relationships and trust to lay groundwork for further progress during I MEF (Fwd)'s upcoming deployment.
