Card, deputy chief of naval operations for information dominance/director of Naval intelligence congratulates FY11 Copernicus Award winner Electronics Technician 1st Class Edwin Benken, assigned to Riverine Squadron 1 at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, Dec. 2. The Copernicus Award recognizes individual contributions to Naval warfare in information systems and information warfare.
