VADM Card visits NECC

Vice Adm. Kendall L. Card, deputy chief of naval operations for information dominance/director of Naval intelligence speaks with members of Maritime Expeditionary Security Group 2 during a visit to Navy Expeditionary Combat Command. Card visited NECC to familiarize himself with the capabilities of the command and discuss expeditionary capabilities. NECC serves as a single function command in control of manning, training, equipping and organizing expeditionary forces.
