Frederic Dragognet, a French army aircraft technician, crosses the finish line to win the Kabul Satellite Turkey Chase 10K at ISAF Joint Command headquarters in Kabul Nov. 27. Dragognet finished the race with a time 49 minutes, 39 seconds. The race is sponsored by Congressional Bank and is traditionally run in Bethesda, Md., every Thanksgiving. More than 100 runners showed up to brave the wind and rain-soaked roads to complete the 10K.
