1-194 AR / Red Bulls

Soldiers from Delta “Drifter” Company, 1st Combined Arms Battalion 194th Armor, proudly display U.S. colors in front of an old war tank at Camp Taji, Iraq. Cpl. James Knutson (left) of Long Lake, Minn., 1st Lt. Nathan Burdick of Saint Paul, Minn., and Pvt. Cory Klinkhammer of Long Prairie, Minn., were a truck crew on one of the last remaining security convoys conducting missions into Iraq. The 1-194 AR (CAB) is part of the Minnesota based 1st Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry “Red Bull” Division, deployed to Kuwait in support of Operation New Dawn, the final stage in post-combat operations in Iraq.
