Food set up for the Boots and Booties Baby Shower hosted by Operation Homefront was served to the expecting and new mothers who attended the shower at Hancock Lodge aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, Oct. 18. The shower hosted 28 mothers who had or was expecting to give birth to a child between the dates of April 17 to April 17, 2012. In addition to mothers from Cherry Point, others came from surrounding Marine Corps installations such as Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and MCAS New River.
