The III Marine Expeditionary Force Band performs for local nationals, tourists and SOFA-status members residing on island during a Sunday parade on Kokusai Street in downtown Naha Oct. 23. Each Sunday, the street is closed off from noon to 6 p.m. for festivals, parades and various performances.
