Tony Pfaff, Third Army/ARCENT chief of international military affairs and Charleston, S.C. native, attend a meeting, Sept. 22, 2011, of Integrated Linguistic Activity, an organization where linguists provide translation services in several dialects to service members and contractors across the globe. Third Army’s commitment to both the well-being of its soldiers, as well as the service members of partner nations remains a priority. Through partner nation force strengthening events such as Lt. Gen. Brooks and Command Sgt. Maj. Frennier’s Southwest Asia visit, Third Army is helping to inspire, educate and inform service members, the strength of our nation.
