Emanuel Alvarez, a platoon sergeant with the Personal Security Detachment with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 25th Infantry Division gives a speech, Oct. 7, 2011, at the Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration at Camp Liberty, Iraq. His speech paid a tribute to several Hispanic Medal of Honor recipients and informed several soldiers the unique contribution that Hispanic people have made within the U.S. military.
