Marines ready to answer call for next natural disaster

Andrew Birkhoff, a firefighter with the San Francisco Fire Department, helps Lance Cpl. Neil Unzuete, Combat Logistics Regiment 17, use a circular saw to cut through cement, Oct. 7, 2011. Unzuete learned about techniques the fire department uses during urban search and rescue training.
