Lance Cpl. Raymond Rieger completes a set of ammo-can lifts as Sgt. Nathan Foersch times him during the Walli Olympics here, Oct. 1. Rieger, a native of Blanchard, Okla., is an assistant patrol leader with 3rd Squad, 4th Platoon, Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment. Foersch, a native of San Diego, is the squad leader of 3rd Squad. The Walli Olympics are a weekly competition held at PB Walli that helps maintain fitness and build camaraderie among the Marines of 3rd squad.
