Chilean Marine Capt. Cesar Aguirre Rivera, chief of training for the Comando de Fuerzas Especiales, presents a certificate of training to a Chilean Marine during the closing ceremony for the Joint Combined Exchange Training event, in Vina Del Mar, Chile, Sept 30. The primary focus of the month-long JCET was to work with and train members of the Chilean military, specifically its sea services, in order to build its military capabilities and capacity. Within the Chilean military, the COMFUES is considered a top-notch element of the nation's security forces.
