Puerto Rico National Guard citizen-soldiers attend a Motorcycle Rider Safety Course at Camp Santiago Joint Maneuver Training Center, Salinas, Puerto Rico, during which service members practice the basic skills for safe motorcycle riding. The required Army Safety Program lasts two days and focuses on proper operating techniques, regardless of any prior experience they might have.
