Air Force Maj. Ellen T. Canupp, a communications officer with Special Operations Command Europe, goes through Jumpmaster Pre-Jump Inspection with her Ukrainian counterparts prior to a multinational fun jump during the 2011 Jackal Stone Exercise. The purpose of the exercise, being held in Romania, Bulgaria and Ukraine, is to enhance special operations forces capacity and interoperability between the nine participating nations, while simultaneously building cooperation and partnerships.
