Tony McCaslin, public affairs broadcaster for the 82nd Airborne Division's 2nd Advise and Assist Brigade and native of Fairfield, Maine, demonstrates how to use a low camera angle to achieve certain effects during a video class at the Anbar Police Directorate in Ramadi, Iraq, Sept. 15. McCaslin taught a video class to the policemen, who are members of the APD's media team, to improve their video skills, which will increase their ability to keep the public informed about the Iraqi police's mission in the province.
