Cadets and crew climb into the rigging of the Coast Guard Cutter Eagle to douse and overhaul sails after attempting a "tack," Saturday, off the coast of St. Marteen. A tack is a complicated sailing maneuver that requires the sailing vessel to turn its bow through the wind. This complex maneuver is further compacted by the Eagle's size and unique sail configuration. (Coast Guard photo by PA1 Donnie Brzuska)
