CSM Delia Quintero stands with her 1SGs on Forward Operating Base Denver at the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, Calif. Quintero is the senior enlisted female in the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division. Of Hispanic descent, the Los Angeles native leads the 508th Special Troops Battalion as the senior enlisted advisor to the commander.
