A Navy Crew Chief with the Helicopter Sea Combat 28 scans the Romanian horizon with his night vision goggles as the MH-60S Seahawk flies toward a night Forward Area Refueling Point training event as part of the Special Operations Command Europe’s Jackal Stone 11 exercise on Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base, Romania, Sept. 16. The purpose of the exercise is to enhance special operations forces capacity and interoperability between the nine participating nations, while simultaneously building cooperation and partnerships.
