Lowe, formerly with Charlie Company, 162 Engineers, 41st Infantry Division, and a WWII veteran, talks with former Oregon Governor Ted Kulongoski following the dedication ceremony of the new 41st Infantry Division Armed Forces Reserve Center in Clackamas, Ore., Sept. 16. Lowe and his fellow "Jungleers" faced some of the fiercest fighting during campaigns in the South Pacific during WWII.
