Soldiers assigned to the Army Reserve in Puerto Rico march to present the Colors during the inauguration of the Armed Forces Reserve Center, in the former Roosevelt Roads Naval Station in Ceiba, Puerto Rico. The AFRC was inaugurated, Sept. 10, and will be the house of three National Guard Units and one Reserve unit. After the ceremony, guests had the opportunity to walk around the areas and see old photographs of the all Puerto Rican 65th Infantry Regiment, also known as the "Borinqueneers."
