Maj. Gen. Peter Vangjel, outgoing Third Army/ARCENT deputy commanding general and Laconia, N.H. native, explains the workings of a military vehicle. Vangjel will be returning to Washington and taking on the role of special assistant to the vice chief of staff of the Army. While serving as DCG, Vangjel worked hard to maintain the Third Army/ARCENT motto of "Ready tonight, sustain the fight and shape the future."
