Staff Sgt. David Rygmyr delivered an equipment brief to Rep. Phil Gingrey, Georgia's 11th district, as he toured the Georgia Army National Guard's 4th Civil Support Team facility. The 4th CST provides chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and low yield explosive expertise to local, state and federal agencies in the event of an emergency.
