Pfc. Matthew Russell, a water treatment specialist with the 125th Quartermaster Company, Massachusetts National Guard, cleans a basket strainer to prevent clogs in a Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Unit during the 2011 ROWPU Rodeo. The 2011 ROWPU Rodeo, Aug. 21-25, acted as a training management tool the commander can use to assess the competency and readiness of water teams.
