Maj. Gen. John J. Miller, deputy commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve Command, passes the unit colors of the 81st Regional Support Command to acting commander Brig. Gen. Mark Arnold during a ceremony at Fort Jackson, S.C. The outgoing commander, Maj. Gen. William H. Gerety will take over as commander of the 80th Training Command in Richmond, Va. later this month. The ceremony was held Aug. 19, 2011.
