Members of the 175th Wing and distinguished visitors and community supporters celebrate the arrival of the C-27J Spartan on Aug. 13 at Warfield Air National Guard base, Baltimore. The arrival of the C-27J Spartan marks the transition from the C-130J Hercules which had been with the Maryland Air Guard since 1999.
