Soldiers from the South Dakota National Guard's 155th Engineering Company and 114th Civil Engineer Squadron salute during the playing of the national anthem during a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for a newly built medical clinic in Alkmaar, Suriname, Aug. 12. Soldiers and airmen from the 155th and 114th helped to construct the clinic during their annual training held during the summer of 2011, as part of the New Horizons training exercise.
