Maj. Roy L. Miner, company commander, Headquarters Company, Combat Logistics Regiment 17, 1st Marine Logistics Group, gives some remarks to the crowd during a change of command ceremony at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Aug. 5. Miner, 39, from Pleasantville, Calif., is coming from Marine Wing Support Squadron 374 and said he’s excited to become the new company commander for the Marines who work in the headquarters element of 1st MLG.
