Marines with Headquarters Company, Combat Logistics Regiment 17, 1st Marine Logistics Group, prepare for the change of command ceremony in which Maj. Larry D. Parker relinquished command of the company to Maj. Roy L. Miner at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Aug. 5. The ceremony included the passing of the company colors, which signifies the transfer of control and responsibility to the new company commander.
