Command Sgt. Maj. Thomas D. Wilkerson and Col.(P) Christopher R. Kemp, brigade command sergeant major and commander, unfurl the 359th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade colors during an uncasing ceremony at Alexander Hall, Aug. 7. The ceremony was symbolic for the Reserve signal brigade's redeployment from Afghanistan. The Headquarters and Headquarters Company of the 359th TTSB was deployed from May 7, 2010 to March 27, 2011 and commanded the entire signal mission throughout Afghanistan.
