    I Marine Expeditionary Force

    Lance Cpl. Gabriel Garcia, 20, a military policeman from Delano, Calif., ties a tourniquet around the arm of a simulated casualty during a Combat Lifesaver Course here, July 1. Marines with 3rd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment attended a series of classes and demonstrations to better understand basic life saving skills. On the final day of the course, Marines must treat simulated casualties using real life scenarios.
