Gamewardens, famous for patrolling rivers in Vietnam, initiate one person from each Riverine squadron annually as honorary Gamewardens. The Riverine Force is a combat-arms force that performs point defense, fire support and interdiction operations along inland waterways to defeat enemies and support coalition forces.
