Spc. Moises Delatorre, Phoenix, signal support systems specialist, 15th Engineer Battalion, and Sgt. Latanya Dineyazhe, Granado, Okla., cargo specialist, 297th Inland Cargo Transportation Company, input their points into a global positioning system during the land navigation portion of the Soldier and Noncommissioned Officer of the Year competitions June 18-22 at Camp Buehring. The winner selected for the NCO and Soldier of the Year will represent Third Army during the U.S. Forces Command competition at Fort Hood. All participants represent what soldiers, who are the strength of the nation, should become.
