Spc. Mike Becker, 749th Ordnance Company, 242nd Explosive Ordnance Disposal Battalion, 71st Ordnance Group (EOD), departs a bus at the Arrival/Departure Airfield Control Group June 17, ahead of his one-year deployment to Afghanistan. The 749th Ord. will support 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, in southern Afghanistan by combating improvised explosive devices and conventional munitions.
