Alpha Company will deploy to Afghanistan later this year as part of NATO Mission Training-Afghanistan. The company is divided into several adviser training teams to act as subject-matter-experts. Their mission is to support the government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in developing leaders at Afghan National Army defense colleges and academies as well as training and advising Afghan National Police.
