The Parris Island Marine Band announced the arrival of Marines to New York City as they perform in the Central Park Band Shell, New York City, May 25. More than 3000 Marines, sailors and Coast Guardsmen will participate in community events and military demonstrations throughout the city. Fleet Week New York 2011 begins May 25 and continues through June 1.
