A ceremonial emblem depicting Fort Monroe, the Army Training and Doctrine Command’s previous home, is a part of the floor just outside of the new headquarters building, Morelli Auditorium. The new 263,676-square-foot, state-of-the-art building houses 1,260 employees who are responsible for developing new training and doctrine procedures for the nation’s current and future soldiers.
