Sgt. Maj. Pleasant Lindsey serves as the master of ceremonies at the ribbon cutting celebration for the Army Training and Doctrine Command’s new headquarters building located at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Newport News, Va. The new 263,676-square-foot building houses 1,260 employees and includes private office spaces, an auditorium as well as an emergency operations center for the command that is responsible for developing new training and doctrine procedures for the nation’s current and future soldiers.
