Members of the Army Training and Doctrine Command play ceremonial music as guests attending the official ribbon cutting ceremony for the command’s new headquarters building at Joint Base Langley-Eustis arrive. The new 263,676-square-foot building houses 1,260 employees and includes private office spaces, an auditorium and an emergency operations center for the command that is responsible for developing new training and doctrine procedures for the nation’s current and future soldiers.
