Vic McCarley, a former U.S. Army soldier from Lattimore N.C., casts a line into Lunga Reservoir during the Quantico Rod and Gun Club’s annual Wounded Veteran Picnic, May 14. Veterans at the picnic were provided fishing poles and tackle by Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, an organization dedicated to teaching and providing opportunities to fish to wounded warriors.
