First Lt. Earl Yevak, a native of Hampton, Va., and a soldier with the 162nd Area Medical Support Company, Texas National Guard, displays his Outstanding Fire Warden award outside the Medical Troop Facility on Contingency Operating Base Basra. Yevak was recognized by Sallyport Global Holdings fire department on COB Basra for his service as a fire warden to one of the camps on base.
