Earl Yevak, a soldier with the 162nd Area Medical Support Company, Texas National Guard, and a camp fire warden to the Basra Fire Department, accepts an award from Justin Relkin, a fire inspector for Sallyport Global Holdings on Contingency Operating Base Basra, for his service and outstanding commitment to carrying out the duties of a camp fire warden. Yevak is the second recipient of this award in almost four years.
