The Wyoming Army National Guard invited potential college applicants and college students to the ROTC Recon event, to introduce them to the Wyoming Army National Guard, a career as an Army officer, the ROTC program and the Simultaneous Membership Program. The SMP allows cadets to train with Wyoming National Guard units, and gain some on-the-job training as officers.
