Senior Airman Jeremiah King, a dental hygienist with the 87nd Dental Squadron, based out of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, near Trenton, N.J., cleans the teeth of a Salvadoran girl during a dental readiness exercise as part of Beyond the Horizon 2011. Beyond the Horizon El Salvador is a 4-month-long civic assistance and training exercise that is offering free medical and dental clinics, helping build local Salvadoran infrastructure, giving U.S. service members valuable training and strengthening U.S.-Salvadoran relations.
