Sgt. Josiah S. Pierpont, a transportation management coordinator with the 743rd Transportation Company, conducts sit-ups during the 316th Expeditionary Sustainment Command’s Best Warrior Competition physical fitness test. The Army physical fitness test is a test that measures both a soldiers strength and endurance.
