Sgt. 1st Class Trammell Montgomery, a Gary, Ind., native assigned to the 139th Military Police Company, Fort Stewart, Ga., evaluates a simulated casualty at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center March 16. The training was part of exercise Vibrant Response, a multi-government exercise in which a simulated nuclear bomb is detonated in a major city and a local community is portrayed as being torn apart in the aftermath of the explosion.
