A Korean doctor treats a 5-year-old girl with burns injuries in the Korean Hospital. Within the walls of Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan, are two international hospitals. The first is a state of the art Korean-run hospital that sees around 150 Afghan civilians a day. Afghan doctors and nurses work closely aside the Korean doctors, dealing with minor injuries and illnesses. There is also a dentist attached to this facility. The second is and Egyptian-run hospital that can deal with up to 200 civilians and can carry out major surgery in its operator room. (Photo by: Sgt Chris Hargreaves)
